Manufacturing Assembly Operator -- Precision Line Production

You arrive for your shift, review the work order, and set up entry-level equipment using established SOPs. Throughout the day you rotate between assembly, testing, press room, welding, paint line, and material handling. You transfer product between stations, assemble components, and complete quality inspections. You count, label, and handle small parts accurately, watch for defects, and correct quality issues as they arise. You document your work, keep your area clean, and partner with teammates around Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. You follow plant safety rules and company policies, maintain inventory accuracy through proper tracking, and assist others as needed. Every task is performed in alignment with Our Philosophy and all legal, ethical, and contractual standards. When priorities shift, you adapt and perform other duties as assigned by a lead or supervisor.

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm or 3:00 pm–11:00 pm
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 pm–6:00 am

Shifts may include rotation.

• Competitive pay: Starting pay based on experience from $21.43 to $26.50, plus a $1.50/hour night shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and overtime/double-time opportunities.

• Ensure inventory accuracy and follow tracking procedures.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist teammates as needed; perform other duties as assigned by lead or supervisor.

• Rotate through assembly, testing, material handling, welding, press room, and paint line operations.
