Job Description
As a Production Associate, you work on the production floor assembling picture frames, using hand and power tools to install screws and hardware, and preparing finished products for shipment. You support smooth production operations by performing hands-on tasks with care, accuracy, and attention to detail in a warehouse environment.

Work Environment
This role is based in a closed warehouse and production floor environment with open bay doors that provide ventilation and access for shipping and receiving. You work on or near the production line and in general warehouse areas handling materials, tools, and packaging equipment. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks during the shift. The dress code allows shorts or pants and a t-shirt, with closed-toe shoes required for safety. You regularly use hand drills, hand tools, tape measures, and basic production and packaging equipment while working on your feet for most of the day.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
