Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Group Home Setting

Hourly Wage: $20.00 per hour

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (All shifts available: Day, Swing, and Night)

The Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. In this role, you will do more than just provide care; you will be a mentor and an advocate. You will assist our residents with daily living activities while helping them achieve their personal goals and enjoy active lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Life Skills Training: Assist residents with personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and medication administration.

• Community Integration: Accompany residents to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and fun recreational outings.

• Companionship: Build meaningful relationships and engage residents in enriching daily activities and hobbies.

• Safety & Advocacy: Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment while advocating for residents' rights and needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in caregiving, special education, or a related field is preferred but not requiredwe provide fully paid training!

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 30 days).
