Day shift is unlikely. Schedules may include traditional 8-hour shifts with weekend overtime or 12-hour alternate schedules. Supervisors report 30 minutes early.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating approximately 20–25 production employees, supported by two team leaders. Oversees staffing, safety, production, quality, equipment performance, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include assigning work, monitoring production and downtime, resolving operational and employee issues, maintaining records, and coaching team members. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, and basic computer skills, with knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment preferred.
Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5 years’ experience required. – Relevant backgrounds include:
- Industry/manufacturing

- Demonstrated leadership
