Tag Systems is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our growing production team in Eatontown, NJ. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Starting Pay: $22.50 per hour

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Additional overtime and occasional Saturday work may be required based on production demands.

As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the production process by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient workflow. Responsibilities include:

• Operate manufacturing and production equipment according to established procedures
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards at all times
• Load, unload, and transfer materials between workstations
• Complete production records, audit logs, and required documentation accurately
• Inspect finished products to verify quality and accuracy
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory counts and material movement as needed
• Follow all company security procedures and operational guidelines
• Support additional production activities as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to learn and follow standard operating procedures
• Strong written communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work safely in a secure manufacturing environment
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership of work
• Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, assembly, warehouse operations, or industrial environments is preferred but not required
