Welder

We are seeking an experienced Welder for a reputable business in Rankin County. This role works independently with project leads to complete quality welds, assemble joints, operate equipment, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. This is a fulltime permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Perform metal fabrication for custom projects.
• Prepare materials and joints for welding.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment.
• Inspect welds and perform quality control checks.
• Handle materials and assemble joints.
• Follow safety requirements and maintain equipment.
• Work independently while coordinating with project leads.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of on-the-job welding experience. No certification needed
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability of being on feet throughout the day
• Able to lift 50lbs
