As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide 1:1 support to young learners in our center-based clinic, helping them build communication, social, play, and daily living skills while working alongside a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

About Keene Perspectives
Keene Perspectives is a growing behavioral health organization located in White River Junction, Vermont. We provide center-based early intervention services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for young children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodiverse profiles.
We are currently hiring full-time Behavior Technicians (35 or 40 hours per week).
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Successful team members are:
Experience working with autistic individuals, children with behavioral needs, or ABA is preferred but not required.
A bachelor's degree in psychology, neuroscience, special education, early childhood education, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation
Starting pay is determined by education, relevant experience, and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification status.
