We are currently seeking an experienced & motivated Licensed Pest Control Technician to join our growing team.
Position Overview
- We are looking for a reliable professional with at least 1 year of structural pest control experience.
- The ideal candidate already holds aTexas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Technician license and is ready to hit the ground running.
- Experience or licensing inWood Destroying Insects (Termites) is a major plus.
- You will manage an established route, diagnose pest issues, apply treatments safely, and maintain excellent relationships with our residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect & Diagnose: Conduct thorough inspections of residential & commercial properties to identify pest activity, entry points, & conducive conditions.
- Apply Treatments: Safely mix & apply pest control products according to federal, state (TDA), & company guidelines.
- Termite Management:(If qualified) Perform termite inspections, install baiting systems, & execute liquid treatments.
- Customer Education: Clearly communicate findings to customers, explain treatment plans, & provide recommendations for pest prevention.
- Route Management: Maintain a daily service schedule, complete digital service reports, & manage vehicle inventory efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional pest control experience.
- Licensing: Must possess a current TDA Pest Control Technician License(or higher)
- Preferred License: Valid TDA Termite / WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) category endorsement is highly preferred.
- Driver's License: Clean driving record & a valid Texas driver's license (must pass insurance screening)
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, crawl in tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces), & work outdoors in the Texas heat.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check & drug screening.
- Full Time: Available to work 40 hours per week
