As a Baker at Sugar and Scribe, you’ll play a key role in bringing our delicious creations to life. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts with precision and creativity.
• Following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Ensuring the kitchen and baking areas are clean, organized, and meet safety standards.
• Collaborating with the team to meet daily production goals and fulfill customer orders.
• Monitoring inventory and assisting with ingredient preparation as needed.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both skill and passion to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of baking experience in a professional kitchen or bakery setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
