Executive Sous Chef

The Executive Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading culinary operations for a fine dining restaurant. This role focuses on delivering quality and consistency during service, expediting orders, overseeing stations, and executing banquets while ensuring established menus are prepared to a high standard. The position offers a growth path toward Executive Chef progression.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in directing fine dining restaurant operations.
• Maintain quality and consistency throughout service.
• Expedite orders and coordinate timely, accurate execution.
• Oversee kitchen stations and support effective service flow.
• Execute banquets according to established menus and standards.
• Lead the preparation and execution of established menu offerings.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in professional culinary operations.
