Tool Room Associate- Romulus, MI

Pay: Negotiable – Based on Experience

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | Four 10-Hour ShiftsHours: Flexible Start & End Times

Looking for an experienced Tool Room Associate who wants a 4-day workweek, flexible hours, and competitive pay based on experience.

This position supports tooling used in plastic and rubber injection molding. We're looking for someone with hands-on machining, tooling, or mold experience who can assist with mold repair, maintenance, and fabrication.

• Repair, maintain, and assist with building injection molds
• Machine and fabricate tooling components as needed
• Troubleshoot tooling and mold issues
• Perform precision machining and repair work
• Support preventative maintenance and tool room projects
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized tool room

Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred:

• CNC machining
• Bridgeport mills
• Manual lathes
• EDM equipment
• CAD/CAM programming
• Mold repair and maintenance
• Mold building
• Plastic or rubber injection molding tooling

You do not need to have experience in every area listed. Candidates with a strong machining, tool room, mold repair, or mold-making background are encouraged to apply.
