Job Title: Administrative Relocation CoordinatorLocation: Largo, FLType: ContractCompensation: $25.00Work Model: Onsite – onsiteHours: Mon-Friday 8-5pmResponsibilities

  • Assist residents with relocation processes, including drafting notices, reports, and communications
  • Interact professionally with residents, landlords, property managers, and utility providers
  • Maintain accurate and confidential resident files and documentation
  • Support financial activities such as tracking expenses, reconciling invoices, and maintaining records with basic accounting skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrate empathy, diplomacy, and professionalism when working with diverse populations
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and assist with additional responsibilities as needed
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone, including outbound calls to landlords, housing providers, and utility companies

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; fluent verbal and written communication in both languages highly desirable, but not required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to draft letters, notices, flyers, reports, and other resident communications
  • Basic accounting and mathematical skills for expense tracking and financial reconciliation
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Experience assisting vulnerable populations, affordable housing residents, social services, or customer service environments is a plus
  • Experience completing applications, forms, and government paperwork accurately and efficiently is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive resident information with discretion
