Job Responsibilities- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, package, and inspect products according to quality standards.
- Follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the production process.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
