Production Team Member

1st & 2nd Shift

Location: West Point, GA

Pay: $18.20/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift

Impact Workforce Solutions is hiring dependable and motivated Production Team Members for full-time manufacturing opportunities in West Point, GA.

As a Production Team Member, you will work as part of a team to safely and efficiently meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and housekeeping. This position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing, production, automotive, or assembly experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

2nd Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:00 AM

2nd Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hour

• Perform assigned production and assembly tasks safely, efficiently, and accurately.

• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Meet established production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Perform model and production changeovers as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S standards.

• Follow applicable quality, environmental, and safety standards.

• Work cooperatively and professionally with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully perform assigned duties.

• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• 2–4 years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.

• Previous Tier 1 automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.

• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.

• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends as required.

• Starting pay of $18.20/hour

• Additional $2.00/hour for 2nd shift
