Senior Change Management Specialist

Job Summary
- Support a federal Business and Technology Modernization program.
- Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities supporting Agile and technology transformation.
- Drive adoption of Agile practices, behaviors, and organizational change. TOR #2026-34 DevOps Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
- Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.
- Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
- Identify and manage resistance to organizational change.
- Work closely with leadership, Agile Program Managers, Agile Coaches, and impacted teams.
- Track adoption, readiness, feedback, and change effectiveness. TOR #2026-34 DevOps Engineer
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
- Experience supporting technology, Agile, or digital transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with change assessments, communications, training, and resistance management.
- Understanding of Scrum, SAFe, and/or Kanban strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred
- Prosci, CCMP, or similar OCM certification.
- Federal government or highly regulated industry experience.
