Payroll Analyst

Job Title: Payroll Analyst – Hybrid

Duration: 03 months contract

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)
Pay Rate: $65.21/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to support U.S. payroll operations, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing. The role will handle employee changes, expats, relocations, LOAs, benefits, terminations, tax inquiries, and payroll helpdesk requests.

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

Requirements:

• Strong experience in U.S. payroll operations and compliance.
• Working knowledge of Workday Payroll required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders.
