As an Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in connecting with our customers and ensuring their needs are met with speed and precision. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Support: Assist with inside sales activities, including processing orders, answering inquiries, and following up on leads.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, production, and service teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient support.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on our equipment to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

We’re seeking a motivated individual who brings:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer support, or a related role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to connect with customers effectively.
