Work Schedule

The normal start time is 5:30 AM.

Depending on the daily workload and warehouse requirements, the scheduled end time may be:

• 2:00 PM
• 2:30 PM
• 3:00 PM

Employees must be available to work until the scheduled end time based on the operational needs of the warehouse.

Position Overview

We are seeking two reliable, hardworking, and dependable General Laborers / Warehouse Associates to join our warehouse team.

The primary responsibility of this position is loading and unloading shipping containers and trailers. The warehouse averages approximately 35 containers per month, but the workload varies from day to day. Some days may have little or no container activity, while busier days may involve three or more containers arriving in one day.

When containers or trailers are not being worked on, associates are expected to remain productive and perform other assigned warehouse duties.

Primary Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipping containers and trailers.
• Move, organize, and put away products and materials.
• Adjust and reorganize warehouse storage locations as directed.
• Assist with maintaining organized inventory and warehouse areas.
• Clean warehouse work areas and remove debris.
• Perform general warehouse cleanup and housekeeping duties.
• Assist with other routine warehouse and general labor assignments.
• Follow supervisor instructions and warehouse procedures.
• Follow all applicable workplace safety requirements.
• Safely operate a stand-up forklift when assigned.

Forklift Requirement

Applicants should be trained, qualified, and experienced in safely operating a stand-up forklift.

The warehouse uses stand-up forklifts and does not currently have a sit-down forklift available.

Physical Requirements

This position involves regular physical warehouse work. Employees must be able to:

• Regularly stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Frequently bend, reach, squat, stoop, push, and pull while performing warehouse duties.
• Repeatedly handle, move, load, and unload products and materials.
• Safely lift and carry materials as required for the position.
• Work at a steady and productive pace throughout the shift.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks associated with loading, unloading, organizing, and general warehouse work.
• Safely perform duties in an active warehouse environment.
• Use appropriate material-handling equipment when required.

Compensation

This is a full-time, first-shift position for dependable individuals who are willing to assist with container unloading, trailer loading, forklift operation, warehouse organization, cleanup, and other general warehouse duties as needed.
