CDL Driver / Equipment Operator

All-Terrain Excavation | Pittston, Pennsylvania

All-Terrain Excavation is looking for a dependable, flexible CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join our small, dedicated team. This is a part-time position for someone who is comfortable driving CDL trucks and is also versatile around excavation equipment and active jobsites.

Our workload can vary by project and season, so we are especially interested in someone who can be responsive when work is available and who has flexibility for day and/or night shifts. Winter work and snow removal are part of this position.

• Operate CDL trucks safely for hauling, jobsite support, and winter operations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report vehicle concerns
• Safely load, haul, dump, and secure materials and equipment as assigned
• Operate excavation and construction equipment based on experience and demonstrated ability
• Assist the excavation crew with general jobsite work when needed
• Perform snow removal and winter driving assignments
• Follow company, DOT, and jobsite safety procedures
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and remain responsive to scheduling needs
• Help care for trucks, equipment, and company property

• Valid CDL required
• Current DOT medical card required
• Good driving record required
• Ability to meet applicable drug-testing requirements
• Dependable transportation and strong attendance
• Flexible and highly responsive to changing work schedules
• Willingness to work days and/or nights depending on project needs
• Availability for winter work and snow removal
• Comfortable working outdoors and around construction equipment
• Equipment operating experience strongly preferred
• Experience with excavators, skid steers, dozers, loaders, rollers, or similar equipment is a plus
• Ability to work independently while also being a reliable part of a small crew
