Location: Newtown, PA

Salary: $90,000 to $105,000 (based on experience)

Status: Full time, In office

Who we are looking for

We are excited to have an opportunity to welcome a Paraplanner to our team! We are lookingfor a Paraplanner with relevant industry experience and a dedicated client focus. This individualwill support our advisors by creating and updating financial plans, pulling reports, preparing formeetings and client intake, and following up with clients. Success at six months means fullycarrying out the role and taking pressure off our advisors, ensuring efficiency and stayingproactive behind the scenes.

What you can expect to do:

  • Create and update financial plans, including initial input and revisions
  • Pull client reports and weekly reports, and update client profiles
  • Prepare meeting materials and client intake, including getting client data feeds beforeeach meeting
  • Work with the team's tools: RightCapital, Holistiplan, Nitrogen and Redtail
  • Contribute to the overall client experience, escalating account or investment problemsto the senior advisor as needed

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Professional Licenses: Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 66) preferred, but not required.
  • Insurance licenses are nice to have. There is no set time limit to obtain them, possibly upto three years.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience required, as a paraplanner or a similar role
  • Tax planning background is helpful, including working knowledge of personal incometaxes, Roth conversions, and withdrawal strategies
  • Working knowledge of the technology used in paraplanning
