Customer Service Representative

Location: Full-time, Onsite, San Jose, CA

The Customer Service Representative in San Jose will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. Primary responsibilities include:

1) Job Release and Production: Release jobs to production, schedule follow-ups, and promptly update customers, ensuring needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.

2) Pick-Up and Delivery Coordination: Schedule and coordinate pick-up and delivery requests, facilitating the smooth movement of products and materials to and from clients.

3) Departmental Coordination: Work closely with related departments to track job statuses and coordinate deliveries, ensuring customers are always well-informed.

4) Communication Hub: You will manage office phone calls and handle order-related emails, serving as a central point of contact for customers, and addressing their inquiries and concerns.

5) Bilingual Proficiency: Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese is preferred, as this will allow effective communication with a diverse customer base.

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Receive customer orders via email and accurately prepare and enter job information for production
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Previous customer service or order processing experience preferred.
