Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Orinda office.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable on the phone, and is eager to learn the insurance business.

What You'll Do
- Assist customers with general insurance questions and needs.
- Make outbound calls and prospect for new business.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Support day-to-day agency and insurance activities.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Learn insurance products, systems, and agency processes.
- Participate in training and coaching.
What We're Looking For
