Quality Control Personnel

Reports To:Quality Control Supervisor

Hours:7am to 3pm & 3pm to 11pm

POSITION SUMMARY

The responsibilities of the QC Personnel include (but are not limited to) testing, measuring, and evaluating items that are produced within the company and from outside sources. In addition, the individual fulfilling the functions and duties of this role will develop and implement Quality Control project(s), maintain all records and catalogue of research (including related documents), and train entry level positions. It is expected that the QC Personnel will perform their tasks, complete their projects, and any other responsibilities with minimal supervision. Additionally, the person fulfilling the duties of this position is expected to demonstrate a team player’s attitude at all times.

EDUCATION

• High School diploma/GED

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• (1) or (2) years of experience in Quality Control or related field
• Experience calibrating equipment using acceptable standards
• Ability cooperate and communicate effectively
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong attributes in terms of dependability and personal flexibility regarding job commitment and punctuality
• Ability to follow and execute instructions properly
