The Assembler plays a key role in building high-quality electrification products by accurately assembling components into finished structures according to specifications, blueprints, and work orders. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret technical documentation, and a commitment to working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Assembler will contribute to a growing organization by supporting production, ensuring product quality, and actively participating in continuous improvement efforts.

Work Environment
The role is based in a brand-new manufacturing facility designed to support a growing workforce of approximately 200250 people at full capacity. The work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The environment is a manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures, requiring comfort working around production equipment and industrial processes. Team members stand or walk for long periods and may lift between 25 and 50 lbs as part of daily tasks. Safety is a top priority, with steel-toed boots required and safety glasses provided. Employees must wear long pants made of thicker material (no leggings) and long sleeves or cut-resistant sleeves, which the company helps supply, to ensure proper protection. New hires receive a full week of training before being assigned to their production team, with a structure that typically includes five producers to one lead, ensuring close support, ongoing coaching, and significant hands-on development in the role.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
