Compensation: $17.00/hour + Tips (Tips start after training period)
About the Role
We are a fast-casual, to-go focused restaurant looking for energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Team Members / Front Support to join our team.
Our front counter features self-ordering kiosks, so you won’t be stuck behind a register all day. This is a hands-on, back-of-house focused role where you spend most of your shift preparing food in the kitchen, stepping up to the front counter only to assist guests, answer questions, or package and hand off completed takeout orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen & Food Prep (Primary): Assist with basic food preparation, cooking, assembly, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen station.
- Order Packaging & Hand-off: Accurately bag, package, and verify takeout and online orders according to ticket details.
- Front Support & Customer Care: Greet guests when they enter, assist customers with the self-ordering kiosks as needed, and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Store Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in both the kitchen and front-counter/pickup area throughout the shift.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant (kitchen, prep, or fast-casual) preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to multitask efficiently between kitchen tasks and front-of-house guest support.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
