Reliable Chevrolet Springfield is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Automotive Service Technicians. • Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections
• Assist experienced technicians with vehicle diagnostics and repairs
• Learn and utilize advanced automotive tools, equipment, and technology
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures
• Deliver quality workmanship and excellent customer service
• Participate in training and career development programs

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Automotive experience or automotive education is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the workday
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to operate shop equipment, hand tools, power tools, and vehicle lifts
• Ability to work in a shop environment with varying temperatures and conditions
