Construction Foreman

Premier Innovations is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to help lead our growing construction operation in the Albany, Oregon area.

We are building a strong in-house team to support a growing pipeline of commercial construction projects. We are looking for someone who knows construction, can lead people in the field, understands how to keep work moving, and takes pride in doing the job correctly.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just another construction job. We want a dependable, experienced foreman who can become an important part of the team as the company continues to grow.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day construction activities in the field
• Help organize crews and keep projects moving efficiently
• Read and work from construction plans and drawings
• Identify materials, labor, and preparation needed for upcoming work
• Help ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and to a high standard
• Communicate with ownership, subcontractors, crew members, and others involved in the project
• Identify problems in the field and help develop practical solutions
• Help train and develop less-experienced members of the crew
• Work hands-on when needed to help the team complete projects

What We're Looking For

• Previous construction leadership or foreman experience
• Strong overall knowledge of construction and jobsite operations
• Ability to read and understand construction plans
• Ability to organize work and lead a crew
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Dependable and able to work with limited supervision
• Someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and doing things correctly
• Willingness to work throughout the company's service area as projects require
• Bilingual in Spanish is also a plus
