YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR POPULATION HEALTH ANALYST

In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers by evaluating population health data and uncovering opportunities to strengthen wellness participation, improve engagement, and support cost-containment strategies. You will track industry developments, interpret utilization and healthcare trends, and translate complex information into meaningful recommendations through polished reports and presentations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to promote wellness initiatives, support new program adoption, and monitor results to identify opportunities for continued improvement and long-term success.


WHAT WE NEED FROM A POPULATION HEALTH ANALYST

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in facilitating demos, meetings, and training sessions
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to analyze healthcare data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly to customers, brokers, employees, and internal teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and team members
  • Ability to learn and work within internal systems, wellness platforms, reporting tools, CRM/task-management tools, and vendor portals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, wellness, communications, data analytics, or a related field
  • Experience in employee benefits, wellness programs, healthcare analytics, or customer service
  • Familiarity with data analysis, report preparation, and presenting findings
  • Experience with Personify Health or similar systems
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and handling sensitive information
