We're hiring a Batch Mixer Operator for a manufacturing team in Maple Grove that produces innovative adhesive products used in flexible and rigid packaging applications.

Whether you've worked in manufacturing, machine operation, extrusion, automotive repair, or a similar environment, this role offers long term stability, competitive pay, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Schedule & Pay
  • Will start on 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • You will transition to 3rd Shift later this fall: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
  • Must be available for weekend work as part of a rotating schedule
  • Starting pay: $21.50 to $22.50 per hour

This is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity! Upon permanent hire you will be eligible for benefits including:

What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate and monitor batch mixing equipment used in the production process
  • Load raw materials into mixing systems and program production parameters through a computer interface
  • Work closely with a partner to safely run the batch mixing operation
  • Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
  • Assist with material movement and production support activities
  • Train on stand up reach trucks and sit down forklifts and become certified
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and help keep production running efficiently
  • Learn extrusion operations with the opportunity to move into Extrusion Operator responsibilities after training
  • Perform extrusion equipment setups, changeovers, and teardowns as skills progress

What We're Looking For
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Experience using tools such as wrenches and other shop equipment
  • Automotive repair experience or a strong interest in mechanical work is highly valued
  • Ability to follow production procedures and work safely
  • Comfortable lifting materials and working in an active production environment
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided
  • Extrusion manufacturing experience is highly preferred
