About the Role Andrew Ceriotti State Farm Agency is seeking a driven
Insurance Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, creating new opportunities and being rewarded for strong performance.
This role is centered around
new business growth. You will spend your time connecting with prospects, following up on leads, identifying insurance needs, preparing quotes and helping customers take the next step.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative rather than waiting for opportunities to come to them. The right person will be comfortable making calls, staying persistent with follow-up, working toward measurable goals and having conversations that lead to new business.
Insurance experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are more interested in finding someone who is motivated, coachable and willing to put in the activity required to succeed.
What You Will Be Responsible For- Contact new prospects and existing leads through outbound calls and consistent follow-up.
- Quote and present Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health and other available insurance products based on customer needs.
- Guide prospects through the sales process from initial conversation through closing.
- Develop new business through agency-generated leads, referrals, cross-selling and proactive outreach.
- Identify additional insurance and financial service opportunities with current customers.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and keep follow-up activities organized.
- Manage a personal sales pipeline and stay engaged with prospects until a decision is made.
- Work toward individual activity, production and sales goals.
- Build long-term customer relationships by providing professional and responsive service.
CompensationBase Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
This position offers a combination of dependable base compensation and performance-based income.
Estimated annual earnings: $45,000–$85,000+
Compensation will vary based on individual production.
- New or developing producers can expect earnings around $45,000+
- Producers consistently meeting goals can earn approximately $60,000+
- Top performers have the opportunity to earn $85,000+

- Life & Health insurance license
Candidates who already hold insurance licenses are encouraged to apply, but previous insurance experience is not required.
