Ironworker (Rod Buster)

Millennium Steel Inc. is seeking dependable and experienced Ironworkers to join our team for construction projects in the Mobile, Alabama, and Mississippi areas.

We are looking for individuals with hands-on construction experience who are knowledgeable in handling, placing, and installing reinforcing steel (rebar). The ideal candidates are hardworking, safety-conscious, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.

Pay starts at $25.00 per hour, with wages negotiable based on experience and skill level. Per diem is provided for employees traveling significant distances for qualifying job assignments.

Responsibilities

• Handle, place, and install reinforcing steel (rebar) on construction projects.
• Tie and secure rebar according to project requirements.
• Assist with reinforcing steel installation and general ironworking duties.
• Safely operate hand tools and construction equipment.
• Follow all job site safety procedures and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other crew members and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
