- Lead the dining room during service and keep the guest experience seamless
- Coach servers, bussers, and hosts on steps of service and standards
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and warmth
- Support scheduling, training, and daily operations
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of salaried management in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Upscale restaurant experience (not fast casual or casual)
- Cafeteria, country club, school, nursing home, or contract experience does not qualify for this role
- A natural hospitality mindset and calm under pressure
