TRUMPF CNC Laser Cutting Operator

As our TRUMPF CNC Laser Cutting Operator (Evaluation-to-Hire), you’ll run a TRUMPF laser to cut steel components with accuracy, keep parts flowing by loading and unloading sheets, and support general shop tasks alongside a motivated crew.
A day in this role
- Set up and operate a TRUMPF laser cutting machine (experience on TRUMPF or other laser platforms strongly preferred).
- Load raw material and unload finished parts safely and efficiently.
- Check quality, maintain a keen eye for detail, and support the shop where needed.
- Collaborate with a close-knit team and communicate clearly to keep production on track.
What you bring
- Hands-on machine operating experience (required).
- Background with TRUMPF lasers or other industrial laser machines (preferred).
- Steel-toe boots, strong work ethic, motivation, and a team-first mindset.
- Reliability and attention to detail in a fast-moving production setting.
Schedule & pay
- Full-time, Evaluation-to-Hire position.
- Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm.
- $18.00 – $23.00 per hour, DOE.
