We are seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership

position for a highly responsible, organized professional with excellent communication skills who

enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with a

successful company.

THE ROLE

The Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing three critical areas of our operation:

1. INVENTORY

Accuracy and accountability

Organization and inventory flow

Furniture and dcor protection

Receiving, storing and preparing inventory

2. OPERATIONS

Daily pull lists

Efficient truck loading and unloading

Route and resource coordination

Warehouse workflow

Fleet and equipment management

Safety and operational procedures

3. PEOPLE

Lead and develop the Logistics Assistant team

Training and onboarding

Daily team communication

Performance management

Accountability and teamwork

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the flow of furniture, artwork and accessories in and out of the warehouse while

maintaining clear and consistent communication with the team.

Work closely with the Operations Manager to efficiently schedule resources, trucks and routes.

Lead the daily logistics team huddle and communicate priorities, assignments and expectations.

Accurately pull and prepare inventory for staging projects while maximizing loading efficiency

and preventing damage.

Safely drive a 20+ foot box truck and maintain an excellent driving record.

Transport furniture, artwork and accessories to and from properties while maintaining the

highest level of care.

Lead the team in unloading trucks, placing furniture, hanging artwork and following direction

from Home Stagers at staging locations.

Oversee the pack-up process, including shrink-wrapping furniture and artwork, loading trucks

and safely returning inventory to the warehouse.

Manage fleet vehicles and ensure truck maintenance, cleaning and safety schedules are

followed.

Maintain a clean, organized and efficient warehouse, including proper disposal of trash and

debris.

Receive furniture and dcor deliveries, verify inventory and safely place items in designated

warehouse locations.

Assemble, repair, tighten and refurbish furniture and dcor as needed.

Manage, train and develop Logistics Assistants.

Hold team members accountable for safety, efficiency, quality and proper handling of

inventory.

Analyze operational incidents, identify root causes and make recommendations for

improvement.

Develop, implement and consistently follow safety guidelines, checklists and standard

operating procedures.

Attend weekly leadership meetings and actively participate in identifying and resolving

operational issues.

Cross-train in other areas of company operations, including inventory management and light

administrative responsibilities.

Perform other duties as assigned.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

40 hours per week

Occasional schedule flexibility may be required based on staging projects and operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS

Experienced in moving, logistics, warehousing or a related field preferred

Able to safely lift 50+ pounds

Comfortable working in warehouse environments with varying temperatures

Able to drive a 20+ foot box truck

In possession of a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Available to work primarily from our Virginia Beach office and warehouse

Employment may be conditional upon and subject to criminal background checks and/or drug

screening prior to or during employment, where permitted by applicable law.

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS

Compensation: $27–$31 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
