Outside Sales Representative Hard Surface Flooring (Central-Southern Utah)
We are a wholesale hard surface flooring distributor serving retail flooring stores. We're looking for a driven, self-motivated outside sales rep to grow and manage accounts across Central-Southern Utah.
No experience in the flooring industry is necessary. If you have a solid sales background and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you. We'll provide product training, sales resources, and ongoing support to help you grow your accounts and build your sales force.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing retail flooring store accounts; develop new accounts in your territory.
- Make sales calls by visiting accounts, send emails, and follow up consistently
- Place and maintain product displays in retail stores, replacing damaged or missing samples as needed.
- Provide sales training and technical support on our product lines to accounts
- Relay orders, questions, and concerns to the office promptly
What We're Looking For
- Live in Utah County
- 3+ years of outside sales and/or sales management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cloud based programs and have a computer
- Organized, self-directed, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Schedule & Travel
- Visit all of your accounts monthly
- Southern Utah territory (e.g., St. George area); hotel and gas covered
- Company vehicle provided
- Visit West Valley weekly for sample pickups
Compensation
- $25/Hourly + Commissions (3% total revenue)
