****Dependable Batching Operator in Sebring, OH
Schedule: 1st shift 6a-2:30p M-F
Job Duties:
Prepare batches of material for the casting process
Measure materials accurately using basic math
Lift and handle fiber bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
Follow batch instructions and production requirements
Maintain an organized and clean work area
Work safely and efficiently in a production environment
Requirements:
Ability to perform basic math and measurements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Dependable and able to work independently
Manufacturing or production experience is a plus
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
Willingness to assist with a variety of warehouse and production tasks
