Key Responsibilities:

Production & Client Service (The "Agent" Side)

• Sales & Growth: Proactively identify gaps in coverage and cross-sell opportunities (Home, Auto, Fire) to existing and prospective clients.
• Consultative Selling: Move beyond "price checking" to truly advise clients on risk management, helping them understand the value of their protection.
• Retention: Build lasting relationships by providing top-tier service during policy renewals, changes, and claims inquiries.

What We Are Looking For:

• Licensing: You must hold a current California Fire & Casualty License
• Tech-Savvy
• You are self-motivated, organized, and can work well with clients on the phone
