Responsibilities

Oversee the entire vehicle financing process from start to finish.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with local and national lenders to offer diverse financing options.

Explain complex financial terms clearly and honestly to help customers make informed decisions.

Train and mentor sales staff on the importance of the finance department and how to transition customers smoothly.

Verify all deal documentation to ensure it is accurate and compliant with state and federal laws.

Assist in the closing process by ensuring every customer leaves with a transparent and comfortable understanding of their purchase.

Requirements

Valid Oregon driver's license.

Three or more years of experience in automotive finance and insurance at at dealership.

Deep understanding of auto lending practices and credit regulations.

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency with menu-based selling techniques.

Experience with dealership management software, specifically CDK or Dealertrack.
