Contract Recruiter

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Contract Recruiter role for national events company.We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter in Dallas, TX to support recruiting efforts and connect talented professionals with exciting opportunities. The Contract Recruiter is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Manage a high-volume recruiting desk with multiple requisitions across various properties and markets.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), referrals, phone calls, email, and text outreach.
• Screen candidates based on experience, availability, location, qualifications, and interest in the role.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up promptly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, activity notes, and requisition statuses in the ATS.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for AV Technician roles and other positions as hiring needs evolve.
• Track recruiting activity, identify potential bottlenecks, and keep hiring teams informed of hiring progress.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely candidate submissions.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Experience recruiting for multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience using an ATS to manage candidates and requisitions.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and conducting candidate outreach through email and text.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring managers, locations, requisitions, and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Experience recruiting AV Technicians, event production staff, hospitality teams, or other technical and property-based roles is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking proficiency is required.

Pay Rate Range : $30/hr

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
