What You'll Do
As an Inventory Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our vehicle inventory accurate and up to date across multiple locations. You'll work closely with a supportive accounting team and handle a variety of inventory-related tasks, including:
Managing wholesale vehicle transactions
Maintaining new car inventory records
Coordinating dealer trades
Processing intercompany transactions
Recording used car purchases
Jumping in on other inventory-related projects that help keep the dealership running like a well-oiled machine
What We're Looking For
Some experience in automotive accounting is preferred (but if you're eager to learn, we're open)
Strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills
Comfortable working in Excel and other office programs
Team player with great communication skills
Bonus points if you've used dealership management systems (DMS) before
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
