The Packaging Machine Operator sets up, operates, and monitors automated packaging equipment in a regulated cleanroom environment, ensuring products are filled, sealed, labeled, and documented accurately in accordance with SOPs, GMPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a cleanroom environment that is fast-paced yet highly focused on quality, with many regulations and procedures to follow. You work closely with a team, where strong communication and professionalism are expected. Standard cleanroom PPE is required, including a smock, gloves, and specialized helmet-style headgear with a clear plastic or glass face covering. The helmet is lightweight and designed to allow airflow so employees remain comfortable and cool while working. The facility emphasizes adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements, and work is performed on and around computerized packaging machinery and conveyors in a controlled, highly regulated production setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.95/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
