As a Food Prep team member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients for dishes, including washing, chopping, and portioning.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in food preparation or a similar role.
• A strong understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to support your team.
