As a Line Cook at Athenian Grill, you'll play a vital role in delivering the authentic flavors and high-quality dishes our customers love. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensuring food is plated and presented beautifully and consistently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.

We’re seeking a candidate who is passionate about food and has the skills to match. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
