Territory Sales Manager – Outside Sales

$50,000 annual base salary + 10% residual commission | Full-time, W-2
On-target earnings: $75,000+ in Year 1 | $100,000+ in Year 2
The Opportunity
Compact My Dumpster is a growing, family-owned company helping construction, distribution, and manufacturing businesses reduce dumpster hauls and lower waste disposal costs through on-site mobile waste compaction.
We’re looking for a driven outside sales professional to own and grow our Greater Orlando territory. You’ll find new customers, close business, and build lasting relationshipswith residual commissions that grow as you develop your recurring customer base.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through in-person visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build relationships with contractors, homebuilders, distribution centers, and manufacturers.
- Show customers how mobile waste compaction can reduce hauling frequency and disposal costs.
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach through closing and ongoing account support.
- Maintain an organized pipeline, track activity in our CRM, and follow up consistently.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure dependable service and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, waste services, building supplies, or logistics.
- Confidence prospecting in person, initiating conversations, and asking for the sale.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage your daily schedule and stay accountable to sales goals.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel.
Compensation & Perks
- $50,000 annual starting base salary.
- 10% residual commission on revenue from your territory.
- On-target earnings of $75,000+ in Year 1 and $100,000+ in Year 2, based on sales performance and recurring account growth.
- Uncapped earning potential.

This is a field sales position requiring regular customer and prospect visits throughout Greater Orlando.
