The Reserve at Orchard Lake is looking for two part time Servers for our Assisted Living Community nestled in beautiful West Bloomfield. The Servers' are responsible for providing exceptional dining service to our residents in a warm, respectful and professional manner. This role helps create a positive dining experience while supporting resident satisfaction and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain the dining room.
• Take meal orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Assist residents with seating and dining needs.
• Ensure cleanliness of dining areas before, during, and after meals.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate resident concerns to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and carestaff.
Qualifications
• Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
