We are seeking a motivated, dependable Financial Operations Associate to support our client's daily account processing, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver exceptional service to clients and internal partners.

This role processes a variety of financial transactions, account activities, and operational requests in a high-volume environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and quality standards. What You Will Do:

  • Process daily operational tasks including account setup, maintenance, transfers, and asset movement activities
  • Complete routine and complex transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Review work for accuracy and identify potential discrepancies or issues before processing
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve operational and account-related concerns
  • Follow established procedures, service level agreements, and quality standards
  • Utilize financial systems, software applications, and internal tools to complete work efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and build positive working relationships across teams
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to work with a willingnessto embrace change
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience within the financial services industry (preferred)
  • Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven processing environment (preferred)
  • Familiarity with financial products, account maintenance, and transaction processing (preferred)
