Job Description
Prostar Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Team Lead to join our Waukegan facility.
Location: Waukegan, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 6:50 AM - 3:00 PM | $18.00/Hour
Overtime Available as Needed
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support a bilingual team to meet daily production goals
  • Serve as the communication bridge between employees and management in both English and Spanish
  • Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure quality standards are met
  • Train and mentor team members to support skill development and performance
  • Translate instructions, documents, and communications as needed
  • Identify and resolve production issues, delays, and bottlenecks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate reports and shift documentation
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage team performance and achieve results
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheets
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
