Job Title: Precision Assembler
Job Description
This role focuses on hand finishing, assembling, and testing reusable surgical instrument families that contain extremely intricate and small parts. You will use a combination of hand craftsmanship and machine assistance to fabricate finished medical devices within standard times while maintaining a high level of quality and precision. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, careful attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment on a first-shift schedule (Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing facility where you will work primarily on a first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The environment involves regular use of machine shop equipment, peripheral equipment, and precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, wrenches, and other hand and power tools. You will frequently work with microscopes to assemble and inspect very small and intricate components. The role requires standing, performing repetitive motions, and handling fine parts for extended periods while maintaining focus and accuracy. Safety is a core priority, and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Dress and personal protective equipment are consistent with a typical manufacturing and machine shop setting, where appropriate attire and safety gear are used to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bristol, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
