Your mission
Safeguard uptime across a fleet of advanced woodworking machines used to produce custom retail fixtures, cabinetry, and commercial millwork for customers nationwide.
- Implement rigorous preventative maintenance on CNC routers, point-to-point machines, edge banders, panel saws, and related equipment.
- Hunt down faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and CNC control systemsand resolve them fast.
- Jump on emergency repairs to minimize production interruptions.
- Partner with operators, programmers, and leadership to squash recurring issues and improve performance.
- Keep meticulous service records, PM calendars, and documentation.
- Manage spares so the right part is always on the shelf.
- Assist with new machine installs, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Work safely at all times and follow company policies without compromise.
What it takes
- 5+ years of CNC maintenance in a woodworking or cabinet manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with CNC routers and woodworking machinery.
- Deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems.
- Fluency in reading electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Hands-on troubleshooting of servo motors, drives, sensors, and CNC controls.
- Analytical, detail-driven, and able to self-prioritize in a live production setting.
