Starting Pay: $19.00/hr ($2.25/hr Shift Differential for 2nd, 3rd, and Night Shifts)

In this role, you will operate packaging equipment, ensure product quality, complete production documentation, and contribute to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Tuesday - Saturday

1st Shift

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift

• 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• +$2.25/hr shift differential

3rd Shift

• 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• +$2.25/hr shift differential

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other Thursday

Day Shift

• 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Night Shift

• 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM
• +$2.25/hr shift differential

• Operate bottling, labeling, and packaging equipment.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
• Verify packaging specifications and ensure production accuracy.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues.
• Complete production records and quality documentation.
• Follow GMP, safety, and company operating procedures.
• Assist with packaging, inspection, labeling, and other production tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in training and development programs for advancement opportunities.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written procedures and complete documentation accurately.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working around allergens, including nuts, dairy, soy, fish, and shellfish.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Summerville, SC.

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $44200.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
